I replaced an unreliable Rex-C100 clone on my custom knife-tempering kiln with this XMT7100 controller from PageTech. The difference is night and day. The auto-tune feature dialed in the PID parameters within 20 minutes and it now holds 220°C with zero overshoot. The British wiring diagram included made installation effortless.

Brilliant digital temperature controller for my DIY plastic injection machine. Using it with a K-type thermocouple and a 40A SSR. The dual display is crisp and bright, and the refresh rate is noticeably faster than cheaper modules I've tested. Arrived next day as promised.

As a control panel builder, I need reliable components that don't cost the earth like Omron units do. The XMT7100 controller uk stock from PageTech fits the bill perfectly-rock-solid stability, CE marked, and my clients love the compact 48x24 form factor.

Excellent thermocouple temperature controller with very precise regulation once auto-tuned. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the screw terminals on the back are slightly compact, so you'll need a proper 2.5mm precision screwdriver for wiring. Otherwise, a faultless unit.

Upgraded my commercial heat press control box with this temperature control module uk kit. The temperature used to swing by plus or minus 8 degrees; now it stays within 0.5 degrees of my setpoint. Exceptional value for money and genuine UK customer service.

Very well built panel mount temperature controller. Works flawlessly with my Pt100 RTD sensor for home brew mashing. Just make sure you read the manual on how to switch sensor types in the menu, as it defaults to K-type out of the box.

Founded to serve the technical needs of British engineers, panel builders, and advanced workshop technicians, PageTech was born out of frustration with the temperature control market. For too long, UK makers and technicians were forced to choose between ultra-cheap imported controllers with drifting sensors and zero documentation, or prohibitively expensive industrial automation systems that require proprietary software just to configure.

At PageTech, we champion accessible precision. We focus on high-performance instrumentation like the XMT7100 series-devices engineered for absolute accuracy, seamless panel integration, and intuitive auto-tuning. Whether you are constructing a custom heat press, upgrading an industrial kiln, or building a multi-loop fermentation system, our control modules are built to deliver rock-solid stability without thermal overshoot.

All our products are inspected, tested, and dispatched directly from our UK distribution hub. We provide clear British-standard wiring schematics, localised technical guides, and dedicated support from technicians who actually understand K-type thermocouples, RTDs, and SSR load switching. We are here to ensure your processes run at the exact temperature you demand, every single time.

Wiring & Auto-Tuning Guide

How to use
  1. Panel Mounting: Make a precision 45 × 22 mm cutout in your control panel enclosure and slide the XMT7100 controller through from the front, securing it with the included slide-in mounting brackets.
  2. Sensor & Power Wiring: Consult the included UK wiring schematic. Connect your K-type thermocouple or Pt100 RTD sensor to terminals 8, 9, and 10 as indicated, and connect your 85-265V AC power supply to terminals 1 and 2.
  3. Output Configuration: For SSR models, wire the control pulse terminals directly to your solid-state relay control input. For Relay models, wire the switching load through the internal relay contacts.
  4. Set Temperature & Auto-Tune: Power on the module. Press the Set button to enter your desired Set Value (SV). To initiate PID auto-tuning, hold the Set button for 3 seconds, navigate to the 'At' parameter, and set it to 1. Allow the controller to cycle through the heating process to calibrate optimal P, I, and D values automatically.
